What to bring, and what it will cost
Bring any previous prescriptions and, if you have had tests done elsewhere, the reports. For a child, bring the immunisation card. If you are coming for a diabetes review, do not eat for eight hours before the appointment.
Consultation fees are listed below and on the board at the reception desk. Tests done here are billed separately and the rate is shown before the sample is taken. We do not charge for a follow-up within seven days of a consultation.
